Authorities have removed individuals of a self-styled African tribe who had created a camp on council-owned land in the Scottish Borders.
The three individuals, who call themselves the Kingdom of Kubala, had been living in a wooded area near the town of Jedburgh.
The tribe broadcast the clearance live on TikTok platform on Thursday morning.
The collective had earlier claimed they were retrieving territory that was reportedly taken from their ancestors 400 years ago and refused to recognize the courts to evict them.
Police and immigration agents approached the camp at approximately 08:00 and took into custody the group members.
Ghanaian Offeh, thirty-six, and Jean Gasho, forty-three, who is hailing from Zimbabwe, initially came in the area during the spring months.
Calling themselves Atehehe and Queen Nandi, they had established their camp on a slope above the town in the Scottish region.
They were joined by "attendant" Taylor, from the US state, who refers to herself as Asnat.
On the previous day, they were banned from returning to private land they had formerly displaced from.
They were not in attendance at the legal session at Selkirk Sheriff Court when judicial officer issued cost orders concerning their case.
Last week, the judicial authority had approved an injunction banning them from all council land in the vicinity, including where they had been residing.
